Easy lunch


• 1 can sardines in tomato sauce
• 60 g edam cheese, grated
• 4 large flat mushrooms
• A little frylight


Spray base of mushrooms with Frylight. Grill mushrooms for a couple of minutes.
Mix sardines and cheese.
Fill mushrooms with sardine mixture, and grill for a minute or two until cheese is melted

    This is delicious. I used harissa paste spread over the fish instead of sardines in tomato sauce. I prefer sardines packed in either water or olive oil. Simple, delicious and sustaining.
