Nice and easy recipe and tasty too!
• 1 can sardines in tomato sauce
• 60 g edam cheese, grated
• 4 large flat mushrooms
• A little frylight
Spray base of mushrooms with Frylight. Grill mushrooms for a couple of minutes.
Mix sardines and cheese.
Fill mushrooms with sardine mixture, and grill for a minute or two until cheese is melted
