Cheesy snack bites

Ingredients

• 1 small cauliflower cut into florets then sliced about 1/2 inch thick
• 2 sprigs Rosemary
• 1/4 tspn English mustard powder
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 30g Parmesan or cheese of your choice

Method

Pre heat the oven to 200c or 180 fan
Put all ingredients except the Parmesan onto a roasting tray and toss until they are all evenly coated.
Sprinkle the Parmesan over the cauliflower and roast for 25-30 mins until golden and crisp and slightly charred at the edges.
Serve the bites as a snack, good with houmus or tomato salsa type dip.

This was delicious and very simple. My only complaint is that I ate the whole cauliflower! My “bites” weren’t crisp enough to dip into houmus, but nice on their own.

I posted this recipe before I tried it out and think that cooking it for less time would give it a bit more crunch and texture and be a bit more ‘al dente’ but otherwise so tasty.
