Organic eggs & Greek fetta resting gently on a selection of grated zucchini , baby spinach & seasonal herbs . Dressed with lemon juice , EVOO , Japanese chilli powder and peppitas

Ingredients

• - A breakfast bowls worth of fresh RAW greens including grated zucchini , baby spinach , seasonal herbs .- Tablespoon of Greek fetta.- Handful of seeds or nuts like peppitas. - Dash of Extra virgin olive oil.- Squeeze of lemon juice. Sprinkle of Japanese chili powder and salt .
