I hit the 6 week mark yesterday and was pleased to see the back of a difficult week. It was year end at work, the pressure was huge and it was very stressful, I had a week of not sleeping well and the carb cravings came back because I was so tired. I had a couple of days of not eating very well, not massively bad but not great either. My weight loss is 21lbs, 4 inches off my waist the first week but nothing since which I’m finding frustrating! I’m back on track again now but wondered how others cope with tiredness and carb cravings?
