I have lost another 4lbs. Yay!!! That makes 1st 7 1/4lbs in total. This is amazing! It’s like Christmas morning excitement when you were a child. Must go as we are taking the dog to a deer park.

I was probably fatter than you in the first place. I started at 16 st 12 3/4lbs. Now going below 15 st is in sight….a dream I thought was out of reach only a few weeks ago.
Anyway it doesn’t really matter how quickly or slowly the weight comes off so long as it does.
