I am exploring the link between intermittent fasting diets and emotional wellbeing and eating behaviours. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are about to start either the 5.2 or daily low calorie diet. Participation in this study has helped people keep motivated to stick to the diet and encouraged them to think about their wellbeing and eating behaviours. Your data will help potential dieters understand more about the psychological implications of dieting; whilst many say dieting brings a sense of achievement and satisfaction we would like to capture this scientifically and spread the word. All participants will be entered in to a prize draw to win up to £100 of amazon vouchers.
