    I had an 8lb loss by day 12. Decided to stop weighing myself every day. Weighed myself on day 15 and had put on 4 lbs. can’t believe this! I’ve been really strict with calories and making everything from scratch according to the recipes. Totally bloated and not been to the loo for an eternity! Help!

    Try sprinkling a teaspoon of chia seeds on yoghurt for breakfast or as I did this morning, make a smoothie with some seeds in. This will pass, excuse the pun, and drink plenty of water. I was desperate at one time and drank some old fashioned Andrews Liver Salts.

    If you use the search box in the top right of the page and type in constipation, you will find several threads that contain helpful advise on this issue. I’m sure you will find a solution that suits you.
