    Just finished week 2, and have lost 11.5 lb in total, so chuffed with that. Weight loss slowed in week two and was 3.5 lb compared to the 8ish in week 1. Not put off though as the % body fat reduced from 27.5 to 25.5. Feeling much more awake on this diet plan and am really enjoying the food. Onwards into week 3, good luck to all, it definitely seems to be working. James

    This mirrors my experienced almost exactly. Two weeks in and 11 lb lost, 7 lb in week one and 4 lb in week 2.
    So much more energy and not even hungry anymore. Good luck on week 3.

    Looking to start 8WC on <800 cals per day. Commencing 1/3/16, last day Saturday 30/4/16 (corperate triathalon). Current weight 94kg, approx BF% 22-25. 176cm tall 40yo male.
