Just finished week 2, and have lost 11.5 lb in total, so chuffed with that. Weight loss slowed in week two and was 3.5 lb compared to the 8ish in week 1. Not put off though as the % body fat reduced from 27.5 to 25.5. Feeling much more awake on this diet plan and am really enjoying the food. Onwards into week 3, good luck to all, it definitely seems to be working. James
