Im on day 6 tho am only following the food advice..not taking all the supplements he recommends taking ( i wd need to be a lot better off financially,specially as if you buy them off him,they cost a fortune!) nor am i journalling ( i really dont enjoy that)
Its non dairy so its a break for me fr greek yog,to which i felt i was getting addicted,🐷🐷🐷🐷but am managing fine without, and am trying a few foods that i usually tend not to buy
By Day 4 had lost 3 lbs,tho am doing it more for a break from dairy than for weight loss..however v happy to see those three lbs vanish and take me closer to my next goal…another half stone til i get there! Xx😎😎😎😎
