Well I had my 8 week weigh in on Saturday and I have lost 22lbs on my journey! I cannot believe it and am now getting loads of compliments on my new figure, how great my skin looks and how positive my attitude is!
I may not have posted much, but when I needed you all, I would log onto the forums and read away! Bill1954 you are an amazing inspiration! Hashimoto, your knowledge and passion come through on your posts. Everybody who takes the time to post and support on here, thank you all so much.
Tomorrow (I have had a VERY naughty Bank Holiday weekend) is the next phase, the Fast Diet calls and I will keep you all posted and how the next 10lbs weight loss goes.
