Hi all. Just wondering if there is somewhere onthis site where you can diarise your weight, food etc on this site???
Not sure if there’s anywhere special here – but I’ve started using MyFitnessPal which is great for logging your meals and also gives yu an excellent breakdown of the components (e.g. protein, carbs, fat etc) of the food..
You can also log in your exercise
It won’t save your day’s intake if it’s below its recommended calorie count but it does keep a record for you.
