Hi All, I lost 7 lbs in the first week and only 2 lbs in the second, It was my son’s birthday and I did have a slice of cake and a couple of glasses of wine but having said that we were away for the weekend and did some fairly strenuous walks and bike rides. The weight is coming off my upper arms and thighs which look more toned now, but my tummy only looks a little bit smaller, I take fairly high doses of inhaled steroids for asthma and I think this can have an effect on fat distribution. has anyone else had not much of a weight loss in their second week?
