Hi, I’m planning to start next monday (so I do the brunch days on weekends), I have sleep apnea and have read that this alters hormones so I don’t recognise when I’m full. Any comments on this and its effects on BSD.

Hi, I’m planning to start next monday (so I do the brunch days on weekends), I have sleep apnea and have read that this alters hormones so I don’t recognise when I’m full. Any comments on this and its effects on BSD.
I also have sleep apnea and uses a CPAP machine every night to stop me snoring. I am 6 weeks into BSD, 11kg lost so far and looking to kill of another 3kg over the remaining 2 weeks. It’s been a while since you posted this – how did you get on ?
