Mashed chick peas are also remarkably like mashed potatoes. What an adventure making all these discoveries !
Pot bubbling away now with what might be a chilli or a curry. Can you curry barley and cannelloni beans? I was worried I wouldn’t find enough things to eat but my fridge has prawns avocado hummus cottage cheese (NOT low fat) goats cheese celery carrots and much more. Not worried. Day 3 tomorrow.
