Recepie books /are they both the same

Hi,
I have now cooked everything in the Blood sugar diet cookbook by Dr Claire Bailey. Can anyone tell me if her Clever Guts recepie book contains the same recepies, or diffrent ones?

I can’t comment on the Clever Guts book, but I have both the BSD and Fast 800 recipe books. There are a few similar recipes but not identical. The Fast 800 is a little less strict about ‘bad carbs’ than the BSD but I steer clear of those recipes.

I also use a few websites – Diet Doctor, alldayidreamaboutfood.com for recipe inspiration.
