Decided to have a go at making the advocado baked egg for breakfast today – in Recipes on here
Calories stated as around 200
On checking in MFP I am making it more like 300+ per serving..depending on which calorie value you choose for the advocado
So, my question is, ( obv my decision, ) I can use half the amount for a portion, so half an avocado, 1 egg etc BUT am feeling a little despondent at finding this out at the beginning of starting out…grrr
Any ideas>
