As many of you know, I am a big fan of the diet doctor website as I think he is singing from the same song sheet as our beloved Dr M. I found the article below today and although its a bit high brow for one of such small brain as me, I totally agree with the sentiment. He is talking about US. WE are the pioneers and I consider it a privilege to be counted among this great group of groundbreaking individuals. If you have time, its only a couple of paragraphs but he pulls no punches!
