    Like many, I battle automatic negative thoughts, ANTS. With time and practice these damaging and stress inducing thoughts can be replaced with positive automatic thoughts, PATS. I also enjoy the mental image of a wee ant being patted by a big hand. He he 🙂

    I will have to tell my daughter that as she constantly thinks she is not good enough as a daughter, a mother, a worker. She knows she is loved and is the highly thought of in her work but she still works herself into the ground answering work emails late into the night and constantly berating herself for not being good enough. Maybe she will give that one some thought (automatically).
