Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe?

I used the online one which used greek yoghurt rather than the cheese.

It was fascinating to do, but I only ate two and threw the rest away. They weren’t worth the 34 calories to me, and I found I wasn’t really yearning for a bread substitute. Also, whilst they were somewhat appealing just out of the oven, the wetness after a night in the fridge was like cold sliced white bread with a sour cheesy taste.

Hope this doesn’t put you off trying, you may really like them! 🙂

I forgot to line the trays but http://thebigapplemama.com/2016/01/no-carb-cloud-bread.html tasted ok. I am using them as an after work snack when the kids are munching. I wasn’t big on the herb version and am planning to try the garlic bread version next.

Should have took a pic but in all honesty they are the best 😃

I did add some physilium husk and next time will add seeds. Had 2 with mackerel salad. Really nice texture and not eggy as imagined

Am not kidding when I say they are on my keepers list.
