Hi everyone , I have just been going through the recipes in the book and have noticed that there is quite a high content in salt within the foods chosen . As I have had a kidney transplant 14yrs ago I am always trying to keep my sugar and salt content not to high, I was wondering if there are other foods that I can substitute those foods with ?
example ..bacon, halloumi , feta , etc.
are these foods in the guidelines of our daily salt intake ?
