I’ve just received the latest BSD newsletter from Michael Mosley, where he excitingly announces that there will be a recipe book due out in September i think. Greatly looking forward to that but would just like to ask if the recipes in the new recipe book can have more nutritional info in them, such accurate calories, fat, net carbs, protein etc.
It would be a huge help as i’ve just spent the best part of 2 nights working out the carbs in the recipes in the original book! Please tell me there will be more info and i won’t have to spend an age working it out myself! Fingers crossed.
