Hi all, I am adding 1 tablespoon of Linwoods milled seeds at breakfast.. On the back of the latest version (flaxseed, almonds, braxil nuts, walnuts and Q10) it lists in 100 gms it has 5.6g carbs, and fibre 18.1g.. So subtract fibre from carbs to get net carbs which is minus carbs…..surely this is nonsense??? How should I be calculating??? Thanks Tofa

I understand there are new labeling rules in the UK that require net carbs , rather than gross carbs, be shown. So your fiber has already been deducted from total carbs on that label. Gross carbs=23.7; net carbs=5.6.
