I have set the
Carbs to 50g = 25%
Fats to 40g = 45%
Protein to 60g = 30%
Does this seem right?

You could try having a look at this website where after adding your details it suggests nutrient percentages.
I found it very helpful and continue to use it now I’m on maintenance.

Really? The Keto-calculator site wouldn’t accept 50g of carbs per day?
Did you fill in the personal details at the top, and your best guess of body fat percentage? You do need to do that first.
Because for me it will accept 50g and upwards.
Everyone is different (interesting to see what your Base Metabolic Rate is for your age, fitness level etc), but my macros are as follows if I set carbs at 50g per day (I currently have them lower for mt own purposes).
50 g Carbs (20%, 200 kcal)
79 g Protein (32%, 316 kcal)
54 g Fat (48%, 484 kcal)

It was the last question that didn’t accept my entry. But all fine now and still dont understand it lol
Keeping mfp at 50g carbs and fat higher than protein seems ok
