    Hi
    Hoping somebody can advise.
    I have just reset my daily allowance to 800 calories on the MFP app.
    Does anybody know what % I should change Carbs, Protien and Fat to please?

    There’s been a lot of discussion of this on the forums. People generally seem to think roughly 30-35% each. Which I have, put, though usually my fat intake is higher which is fine as it keeps hunger at bay.
