Hi to everyone who is coming towards their 8 weeks journey, to those who have just started and those half way : )
I’m not diabetic but I have put so much weight on recently – I had a miscarriage in December and it went all downhill from there. I was eating when I feel upset and its just been a vicious cycle.
So grateful that I came across this book in Sainsbury and it got me curious. I did my research over the weekend and here I am. I’ve decided to do the 800 calories diet.
