It seems that February proved a difficult month for many of us, with discards hard to come by. If you were lucky enough to buck that trend, a huge well done.

Now we’re about to step into a brand new month, so an ideal time start anew. The days are markedly longer now, with clocks springing forward at the end of the month. So hopefully longer, brighter days will bring the positivity and motivation which was so illusive in February.

Now is the time to check our whys, what we want to achieve in March and what we need to tweak to reach our personal goals.

Please join us here and keep us posted on your progress.

Thanks Sunny for setting up the new thread.

My new goal is just one pound per week and anymore will be a bonus. At that rate I can still ‘live’ a little without having to scrutinise every morsel test goes into my mouth. In saying that I’m staying low carb just not even attempting keto.

    Have a good month everyone.

Hello I have now found you 👍thank you for continuing the thread SunnyB. You are quite correct about February which has been rather a washout for me & when I weighed today I have regained two of the pounds that I had lost the previous week. My heart doesn’t really feel into dieting at the moment and it’s almost as though I’m in survival mode & eating what is convenient but the sun is out now & that does energise me so I will try to be mindful & to do my best to get back on track. 🤞🤞
However let’s keep on going! 🍀🍀

Thanks to SunnyB for another month. If you can also cope with April I will be able to share the load after that – holiday over and no future plans.

Well after last nights news broadcasts and the temptation to have a drink to calm me down I managed to resist but had very little sleep. Hubby is away today so I got up early(ish) so should sleep tonight.

As for weight I have lost 6.5lbs which is within my 3lbs a month goal so there will be no treats tonight as I don’t want to take another step back. I will get weighed on my usual Tuesday and see how things are then. So I am once again aiming for 3lbs for March. I am keeping up with the exercise and did 5 days out of 6 so far this week but will be resting over the weekend except for some crazy kitchen dancing. I am going to stick with the keto and had 2 boiled eggs for breakfast with no Ryvita – that also saves me 100 cals as the Ryvita is around 32 and the butter is 78 – soon adds up.

    Enjoy the weekend.

February was a non-event weight-wise for me. Minir losses, minor gains, net result, nothing changed.

However there is nothing to be gained from dwelling on that, so I’m dusting myself off and making a fresh start for March. Decided not to weigh today, but to wait for my usual weighing day on Tuesday.

My plan for the month ahead is to be more conscientious about logging my intake and hopefully that way, the pounds will take care of themselves. I’m aware that my carb intake is too high, so that will need to be addressed too.

Yes SG, I’m okay to set up the April thread and hand back to you to for May.

Had a good night at the cinema but then had a couple of drinks and gained back1lb. I know it is fluid and will be gone by tomorrow or next day but it means I now have to lose 4lbs for March. Thats okay, I am hoping my body has a small boost to start off the month.

SunnyB, sorry but I forgot I will be away until 6th May. Maybe I can set up the April thread before I go away, if that is okay with you. Or is there anyone else who would like to chip in.

SG, that extra pound will be gone super quick. I won’t be heading off on our next trip until around 8th April, so am happy to set up the April thread in the last few days of March, if you’re okay with that.

March is going to be a good month for all, I can feel it in my bones! The sun is shining, there is frogspawn in the pond and the birds are taking nesting materials.

I have just spent a few days away (work) and decided to take the scales with me!!! (Really sad, I know) I managed not to put any weight on… a relief on hotel food!
Wishing all a happy, successful March!

Lost the 1lb gain so back to a 3lb goal for March. I have just telephoned the seamstress about altering my jumpsuit (length) and hoping to have another dress taken up. I could do it myself but it wont look professional and the clothes were expensive, it would be a shame to spoil them. I don’t have a sewing machine and do all my alterations by hand but it never looks the same as the lady in the next village does them.

Yes the sun is shining, we have 16 today so hubby is mowing the grass. I might go out and do some weeding.

    Have a good week.

S-g I came across another sound bite today ‘ Success isn’t in a straight line. There are good, and bad days with no straight lines’. I think we all find this. I certainly do and I must admit that ‘number’ on the scale seems to rule my life! Sad really but there it is.

So I just scraped my pound this week. To get to 13lbs, one a week, by the end of March from January 1st I need to lose another 6lbs. I’m not sure I can do that but I’ll give it a shot. We can only do our best.

    Have a good week.

So my result for the week was a mere half pound down, but I’m taking that as a win …. after all, it’s in the right direction. Strangely I feel slimmer, even though the scales don’t seem to agree.

SG, then shall we leave it that I’ll set up for the April thread and then you take it back for May and beyond? By then I’ll be pretty much out of the loop again, as we’ll be back in Turkiye from sometime mid April and won’t be back until sometime in July.

Thanks for setting up March, it’s great to move mindfully through it! Celebrate the wins; managed to get down to 68.3 kg on 1/3 so 1.1 kg off my interim target. Should have had a blood test with my GP on Monday, but have had a terrible head cold, so thought it best not to spread the germs. Gives me a bit more time to get the A1C down some more, so every cloud! I keep getting ads for grounding sheets and the suggestion that they help with reducing inflammation and therefore improve blood glucose levels, has anyone tried one, would love to know. Really need all the help I can get 🤣.

Also had to laugh, as part of my weight tracker there are measurements waist, bust arms etc. I think I might have used the wrong end of the tape measure as it was suggesting I had lost 10inches from my waist, if that’s true I’m delighted, somehow I think it’s user error!! Happy hump day all!

Wasn’t going to post today as I have been busy sorting admin to do with life policies, UK bank accounts etc. But I saw Aqualadys post about inch loss on her waist.

Hi there Aqualady, I suggest you measure again and if you get a different result you have made a mistake, but the first 2 weeks I lost 5 inches from my waist. It is a sign you are losing visceral fat from around your organs rather than the blubbery stuff on our stomachs. I hope you have lost the inches.

I had a lucky escape yesterday. I have been promising to make nut and seed soda bread for hubby. It is from the Tim Spectre book Food For Life. Unfortunately he doesn’t show calories or carbs just how many different plants used so I have no idea. But it is bread by any other name and I had one small piece, just to taste it. It is 50% nuts and seeds, 40% rye flour and prunes and kefir for moisture. Yes it is delicious but it is now all wrapped up and in the freezer. I will probably forget about it completely but hubby can have a slice or two when the fancy takes him. Anyway, not knowing the carbs etc I weighed this morning fearing the worst (we also had cassoulet for dinner – beans) but I weighed exactly the same. Phew!

Hi all, weight is back down (71.2) so now heading for my 3lbs for March.

Been busy sorting things out those things you have to think about before we die – hubby is hitting 80 in a couple of weeks. So sorting out how to get access to each others money in our UK bank accounts. In France we sign an agreement between spouses in our bank so we can access both our monies. France doesn’t recognise UK wills so we cannot put it in a will to give to our bank and all our assets will be taken over by the French state. Complicated but necessary – any thoughts on this Wendleg. Following from that decided to check up on our Life policies and they told me they have no record of my address – yet they send me an annual statement – says I have never officially told them of change of address – one thing leads to another so a load of admin, proof of ID, proof of address and so on and on and on…….

To stop worrying about getting old or dieing I am listening to Mel Robbins talking to an orthopedic surgeon who says movement is medicine and we can all stay vital and fit into old age. I refuse to walk slowly at any time. She says we don’t get old because of age we get old because we stop moving. Although I am lot slower than my daughter when we go for walks.

    Hopefully everything will work out.

Took my first real walk of the year – 40 mins down our lane and back. The weather is beautiful, 21 degrees with a light cooling breeze.

Have a good rest of week.

Very thought provoking comments S-G as we all are getting older 🙁with actions we need to prepare!
I bit the bullet & weighed today & have gained 1.5 lbs so cumulatively I am now ONE STONE heavier than my lightest weight last May. I am in an emotionally demotivated downward spiral knowing I need to do something to stop this ongoing weight gain.😢 I am just eating to exist & to please myself at the moment with what is easiest to prepare & not writing down what I eat or counting calories or carbs. I feel that my clothes are tighter & my knees & legs are much worse because I am doing more sedentary things. Everything requiring physical effort seems to be more unmanageable now & I know I must try to become more positive again to feel better before my knee surgery but am still in limbo with no surgery date.
Very well done to those of you staying motivated & looking after yourselves & doing much better than I am. Sorry to be so negative now.

First, I’d like to wish all the women on the forum, a peaceful and positive International Women’s Day. Be sure to take a little time for yourself today.

Secondly, Margaret I’m sorry you are feeling demoralised and disheartened. It must be frustrating to be waiting indefinitely for your surgery … really hope you get a date soon.

Please don’t waste time and effort reflecting on the weight gain. It’s time to face forward and refocus. Whilst moving more is of course helpful, as you know, exercise is not absolutely necessary for dropping the pounds using the BSD approach.

If recording everything you are consuming at the moment feels too hard, just do your best to make good choices. Stay away from the high carb stuff as much as possible. I find if I’m tempted, reading the carb value on nutrition labels, is often enough to make me think again. It also helps if I simply ask myself if I really need to eat something …. am I genuinely hungry or just bored or seeking comfort?

Maybe a similar approach would help you. Perhaps ask yourself what has previously worked for you and see how you can once again put the into practise.

Anyway, think we’ve all known periods of struggle with this WoE, so can empathise with you. Take heart from the knowledge you already have the tools to achieve your goal, you just need to find a little courage to put them to use again. Lastly, remember we’re here to offer encouragement and support, you only need to give us a shout.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

Well I can certainly feel my legs suffering from my walk but will rest today. Took clothes to the dressmakers and fortunately she can also alter hubbys trousers – or it would have mean’t a complete new suit as too difficult to match trousers to his jacket (they have a seersucker material with a satin stripe). They will be ready in a week or so, plenty of time. 36 days to embarkment.

Just been on the cruise site to look at getting my nails done – fully booked out. Then for a hair updo and it would cost £72 just for them to pin it up. I think I will manage myself – keep saying I will do a practice run. I did try to give myself some curls using straighners but it just went frizzy. Hey ho.

Margaret, I hope you are feeling more positive today. If I was you I would use the upcoming surgery as motivation. I am sure you want to be lighter for surgery and then to aid your recovery. I know, the problem is then you start to feel the pressure and it all goes to heck. Just do your best one day at a time and stick with us.

We are going to have a clear out of kitchen cupboards in a few minutes – who needs 10 plastic spatulas, especially as they are hot heatproof and I have several that are that I will keep. I find clearing out is cathartic and makes me feel lighter.

Have a positive and relaxing International Women’s Day for all of you.

Margaret, don’t apologise for feeling negative. We have all been there. You encouraged me when I started on the diet and the support on these forums was invaluable, allowing me to forgive myself when I slipped and getting me back on track!
Like SunnyB , I now read the carb and cal contents on wrappers when I get tempted, and find it helps me to resist! (Not always…but more often than not! ) The temptation to eat ‘easy’ is so great! It is much more work to eat ‘right’!
I hope you get a date for the op soon, that will be a positive step towards getting back on track.
    Thinking of you.

Hi all, had a busy day so far. Nurse came to take bloods this morning, then went to vineyard to pick up some wine for daughter then straight to opthamologist (who still doesn’t seem to know what I am there for). All was okay but she wants me to have another Field of Vision test in 4 months. Blood results are good with HbA1c at 6.3 – up a bit – total cholesterol 1.24 (not sure what it is but Ratio is 2.8) and triglycerides are 1.25. So everything is almost exactly as last time and I have reduced insulin from 16 to 12 since then. So much better really.

Nothing else to report really, just spent a quiet afternoon and did 30 min aerobics with hand weights. Still determined to get weight down even though I haven’t moved since 12th Feb. Keep on keeping on…

SG, good news on your blood results and the reduction on the insulin … I know you have fought hard to get that down. You are a very determined person, so I’m sure you’ll stay focused and see downward movement on the scales again soon.

Tuesday is my weekly weighing day and I’m checking in early today as I’m really excited … this morning I’ve squeaked into the right stone bracket at last!!! Admittedly not by a huge margin (only by a tiny half pound) but the stone number is right and that’s a great encouragement.

Have been taking a slightly different approach, only weighing a couple of times a week and mixing up fasting periods, so they vary more in length and frequency. I’m not recording my intake on a daily basis, only two or three times a week, which helps me keep a realistic view of appropriate portion sizes and carb intake.

Hope others have had positive results this week, but either way, will look forward to reading how you are all progressing.

Hi SunnyB, my original insulin injections just before starting this diet 9 years ago was between 40 and 44 units per day, now 12 units. It has been in the teens for some time but small things like Christmas put it up a bit then it takes several weeks to get back down. The lowest I was at was 7 units but just never managed to stop. Doctor forbids me without talking to him first, then I go on a cruise and it goes up again. All I can say is 12 units is a fantastic result and my life would be so different if I had stayed on 40, in fact I would probably now be up to 60 units or injecting twice or 3 times a day. Thank heaven for Dr Mosley.

Weight is still dithering between71.1 and 71.3. But decided to go back to no food after 8pm. I had to do it for my fasting bloods and realised I did feel a bit hungry but I have got into the habit of having maybe a slice of ham or piece of cheese at night when I dont really need it and because I was doing keto (and I still am, mainly) thought it would be okay.

I have put the 29th April in my phone to remind me to set up a new thread after my holiday – but before I get back home – I will be at daughters.

    Nothing else to report today.

Dont want to speak too soon but a slight dip down on the scales this morning. Had a bad night and didn’t get to sleep until 7.30am and even got up and had some sliced chicken as my bloods were low. At least I will sleep tonight.

Shopping and bought 4 new Tshirts for the holiday.

There are going to be some long conversations with family as they want us to go back to the UK and we are starting to think that it might be about time. Look on the last 20 years as a mid-life adventure. There are so many complications if we die in France between inheritence, taxes and UK assets. I know if anything happened to hubby I would be in a right mess. I speak the language and we do have a My End of Life book with all the French regulations but when you are grieving it is not so easy. Anyway, we are going to plan it sensibly – at least they want us to live with them and as they have just inherited a house from SiL’s dad we would have somewhere to live while we all look for a joint home with our own annex. Lots to talk about and get my head around.

Happy day for me, scales are no longer showing 71kgs. I dipped to 70.8kgs for the first time in 9 years. History is I lost about 13lbs with my first round of 12 weeks plus went down to 28lbs several weeks later. Then I went on a cruise and gained 7lbs. I have now spent the last 8 years trying to get rid of that 7lbs but not very hard as I am sort of happy with weight (boobs and stomach still too big) and was more interested in my BG levels which, as you know have seriously improved over the years.

Well I am going on another cruise in 4 weeks so hope history doesn’t repeat itself. As I had only been on this diet for about 3 or 4 months before, and now after years of experience, I think I can now feel sure not to treat myself to too many treats. If I gain just a few lbs I will be okay with that. Still got 4 weeks to lose another 4lbs so that might be my allowance for gaining again. I know it might seem pointless to lose and gain but at least I have never gone much over the 7lbs increase and never anywhere near my starting weigjht of nearly 82kgs.

Pussy cat is back at the vets, might be the same thing her brother had – kidney problems. Will pick her up later today.

    Have a good day.

Hi all, weight is up and down between 70.8 and 71.2, just a bit fed up and we have a lunch out on Sunday. Hey ho.

As I put on another thread, we nearly bought a new car yesterday. We weren’t even looking but while hubby went to pay for car service I got chatting with salesman and almost did a deal. I did the same 10 years ago although we do end up discussing. Anyway, I want a hybrid and hubby wants a petrol. Got quotes, got a number for our trade in and got details for a part loan. Brought it all home and he has now come round to a hybrid. We will be going back on Saturday to buy it.

Daughter is still sending me Rightmove ads to look at and it varies between 9 bedroom business opportunity to 5 bed house with a granny flat. She is like me, once she gets an idea she wants to get on with it (see car above).

Sounds like there are lots of exciting things afoot – new car and potentially a new home too … not to mention your upcoming cruise.

As I’m here, may as well report my half lb drop for the week. Still 6lb from target, but at least things are heading in the right direction. Our next trip begins on 9th April, so still time to make more of a dent those 6lb.

Hi all, bought a new car today. It will be ready in July as it is a specific colour that is not available from the showroom – metallic red.

Altered clothes are ready and will be picked up (and tried on) tomorrow. Getting itchy to start my packing and once we have all the clothes there is nothing else to think about. 21 days to setting off and 25 to getting on the ship. Doubt I am going to lose much more weight as it is getting to be a struggle even though I have had no alcohol since 7th Feb and stuck to pretty much 800 cals. Last night I was very shaky and had a cheese sandwich and my weight is up again. I have to think of my health as well as my weight. Will continue until Sunday when we are out for hubbys 80th and then back on the diet for the final 3 weeks. Fingers crossed I might have a loss.

Lovely weather here and I have been in the garden spraying the driveway with salt and vinegar to kill the weeds. Our drive and parking area is around 20 metres square so I have only managed 1 third and need some more vinegar. We buy it in 5 litre bidons – forget the English word.

We’re due to set off a couple of days before you. I’ll be getting OH to get the luggage out of the loft this weekend, as I’ve already started to accumulated thing to take out to Turkiye with us.

Sorry you feel like you’re fighting an uphill battle with the kgs at the moment. You’ve done brilliantly and even if you aren’t able to drop anymore on the scales before your cruise, you’ve a lot to be proud of.

I’m only weighing a couple of times a week at the moment, so I’ve nothing to report on that front today.

Hi Sunny, the reason we decided to go in today is because Saturday and Sunday are open days when there are supposed to be special offers but we already had our quote and and special deal on the finance (interest of 0.90%) so it will be absolutely heaving. As it was we had to park in the furniture store carpark across the road because of all the cars so dread to think what Saturday will be like.

Yes, I am a lists person. If you go online and look for holiday packing checklist you can print on off for free. There are lots of choices but that is my preferred Holiday Packing Checklist, because some are for families or weekend trips etc so lots of choices.

Just hopping on to report that my weight is thankfully dropping- another 4kg down so that’s a total of 8kg off so far and I’m very pleased. Focusing on the positive even if its taking very very long…
I am starting to feel it on my clothes…
Not seeing much of a difference yet in terms of headaches which is still a big struggle. Still taking too many medications and struggling with all the various side effects… hopefully by the next time i’ll post i’ll be a few kilo lighter and my health will be in better shape!

Back to 71kgs but still trying. So much going on right now I was tempted to have a drink last night but glad I didn’t. I hardly drink at all now but just get a twinge now and then. Haven’t smoked for 40 years but still fancy one in times of stress. We are funny.

Sunny, the lists cover so many options. As we are going on a cruise we need cruise clothes, clothes for an overnight, the a bag for onboard the ferry. The hotel we are staying in the night before we board has a pool so I will be packing a cozzie in overnight and another in main and then we are spending a week with family so need another set of clothes – so of which will be in several of the bags. It is a bit complicated so I can understand where you are coming from.

Picking up altered clothes today and then tomorrow we have estate agent coming to give us a valuation – informal as the agent is a friend of ours from when we put it up for sale before. Too much happening, I just want to go on the cruise and forget about everything. Oh and I forgot, we have a builder coming on our return to put a false ceiling in the garage as it is fully open to the top of the roof and we want to insulate it. Too much at once.

Hey ho, have a good end to your week.

Had a lecture from my Aunt that I should be taking the meds and to stop the diet. I feel like she’s guilty tripped me into taking them, she says it’s only until you get the levels down to normal range (last HB1AC was 60mmols at the start of the month). I feel my resolve in doing this by diet alone getting shaky and may pick up the meds this weekend. Still not on top of the exercise and stress but hoping this nicer weather gets me out more. Have a great weekend all Mx

We’ll time for me to log in again. This last week or so has been fraught. OH had his hernia repair on Wednesday and fortunately all seems to have gone well. Only day2 post op so he’s obviously sore and feeling sorry for himself but the worst is over now, fingers crossed!

So, I’ve been way off track this last week although I’m not quite sure why. I think I’ve been ‘eating’ to fill in the ‘time’…. waiting beforehand, the day, the surgery, the homecoming. Maybe these are all just excuses but anyway I’m maintaining rather than losing at the moment… at least there’s no gain!

Aqualady you seem to be T2 with an HbA1c of 60. I have no idea how low carb you have been following this way of eating but please be aware that it’s the amount of carbs you eat rather than the calories or your weight per se, that is the crucial factor. You really need to keep your carbs at lower than 50 per day. I’m not sure what ‘meds’ you are planning on taking but the main medication is metformin which only reduces your BS by 10%. If you keep eating a high carb diet you will just need more and more metformin to keep your blood sugars lowered and then they add further medications until you end up on insulin.

Sorry to be so brutal but the only way to reduce blood sugars in T2 is by restricting carbs. Restricting not until you reach a ‘normal’ level but restricting from here on in. In saying that you will work out your own carb threshold and will be able to add in the odd ‘treat’. I started eating low carb back in 2016 and my blood sugar has been in the ‘normal’ range without medication, for the last 8 years. I don’t deprive myself of all carbs but I just don’t eat potatoes, apart from the odd roastie, rice, pasta or bread. I have found low carb bread though which I enjoy.

Sorry to say but in the long term diet is the only medication free way of controlling Type2 Diabetes and all the nasty secondaries that come with it. Don’t despair just keep following a low carb diet and don’t resort to meds which are just a sticking plaster. Good luck!

Hi all, still the same and have a meal out tomorrow.

Aqualady I have to disagree with your aunt, she has the same mindset as everyone not on this diet, even doctors don’t believe it works but you just have to listen to Verano’s story. There are so many others who have reversed their diabetes but they tend to leave the site and we hope their success has continued. As V says the meds do very little except lead you to more meds. I hear so many diabetics say they don’t bother about their diet just rely on the meds to do the job. That is the road to more meds and eventually insulin injections. However, you do have to have quite a bit of discipline and really stick to the low carb side of this diet. Yes you can go over the 800 cals, have some extra meat, chicken, cheese or whatever but not extra bread or potatoes, rice, pasta etc. It is pretty easy to live without the heavy carbs once you get a taste for the better things. At 6.0 on your HbA1c with no meds you are pre-diabetic right now so you need to get down just a bit more to take you into none diabetic range. What is your doctors advice, besides giving you the meds. So many diabetics are what are called diet controlled but still have HbA1cs in the diabetic range – you seem to be moving lower – keep going.

Hello & just a quick post that I lost 1.25 lbs after the family lunch last Saturday so I was pleased to have lost more weight.
It is good to hear that your OH’s hernia op went well Verano 👍& all of you on here seem to be very busy.
I went to see a female GP last week in case I needed examining. I took a urine sample & two lots were sent away for different tests, my BP was high so in case it wasn’t white coat syndrome I was told to take my BP twice daily & record it for a week, I also had a full range of bloods done because I wanted to check that I am not pre-diabetic & anything else & next Friday I am having an ECG to check my heart function. I will have a phone call from the GP the following Monday to discuss the results. So hopefully anything worrying will be picked up.
I hope you all have a good next week.
    Margaret xx

Thanks Margaret and hope your results all come back ‘normal’.

Well just one week of March left and at this point in time I have actually gained 2.2lbs over the last three weeks. I have no excuses. We have had the equinox so the days are drawing out and the clocks ‘spring forward’ next weekend. Despite a gloomy start to today we have had lots of sun so all in all things are looking brighter. The winter is over and I still have an overall weight loss this year. Time to forget what’s gone and start to look forward to spring and summer.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Thanks Verano, yes trying hard to keep the carbs under 50g per day. Totally agree with you about the meds, and I really don’t want to take them. My starting point was an HB1AC of 89 back in November so I’m happy with the progress and committed to continuing. My BMI is back in ‘normal’ range which it hasn’t been for a long time and I am trying to get more activity into my desk bound week. I feel healthier than I have in years! I’m just very impatient! So grateful for all the support and experience on this forum. Happy Sunday!

Well thanks to hubbys birthday and several drinks too many I am 1 kilo up or 2.2 lbs overnight. Not too worried as it will come of in a couple of days and felt the need to have a treat after the worries of the past week. Briefly daughter wants us to sell up and go back to UK, she owns a second property which we can have so no househunting. However, I think she expects us to hand over the equity from our French property and, besides having somewhere to live, we would own nothing. What happens if we argue and she wants us out, or she dies, divorces whatever and we are left with nothing. I asked about putting the house partly in our name so we would have 50/50 ownership but that didn’t go down well. There will be a lot of talking to do after the cruise but for now I just want to enjoy the holiday and forget everything else. We certainly wont be putting our house on the market for a good few years.

Now to crack on with the diet and I have 2 weeks and 5 days before we leave for our trip so I am still hoping to a) get rid of the kilo and b) lose another couple of pounds.

    Have a good week.

Hi all, no panic, I have lost most of the 1kg (lost 0.7) so will be getting back to losing more for the holiday. Did a 30 min aerobic workout with handweights yesterday and will try to do it every other day.

Well done, SG … there’s still time to drop a bit more.
Disappointingly I’m up by 1lb, so back above the right stone bracket again😔. However, I too still have time to make some positive progress before our next trip 🤞🏻.
