There have been a few queries about dairy products so I have uploaded a page with a few studies confirming that dairy products are OK. Though remember they are fairly high calorie. Full fat or semi skimmed milk is OK to drink, but remember it contains quite a lot of calories.

That’s great to know Michael… I’ll happily work in enough cals for 100ml milk and my colleagues will be thankful for it, as I will be a bear without my morning cup of tea! (black and fruit tea is fin for the afternoon/evening, but in the morning it has to be a mug or two of Tetley!)
Michael, thank you for the update and saving my tea and coffee!
