    Hi,
    I’m now in week 3 of the fast 800 diet with good results so far. The first 4 days were tricky with headaches but that’s all passed and I’ve been feeling great, however over the last 2 weeks from feeling full of energy at the start of the week when it gets to Wednesday afternoon/Thursday morning I feel like I’ve hit a wall with no energy at all. My calorie and water intake is the same pretty much everyday. Last week I carried on as usual and picked up towards Saturday/Sunday but the same has happened again this week. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have a theory as to why it happens?

    Hi
    it could be that you are not putting enough fat in your diet.
    I f we want the body to switch to burning fat instead of carbs, we need to give it some fuel to burn.
    Others will be along soon with their opinions, I’m sure we can sort it out.
