i am just writing this post as today i have completed my 8 weeks
something i wasnt sure i would achieve at the start when after reading your book i said to myself ” try 1 week see how it goes “!!!
and before i knew it i am here 8 weeks later and 8.2 kg down or 18lbs down!!
i am thrilled beyond words
but for anyone new i suggest thinking of it in weekly terms, that got me here !
also set mini goals my first was 6.2 kg which i did my next is 5 kg which i still have 3.3 kg left but i am getting there
i feel better and it has been surprisingly easy the key i find is planning and being as organised as possible
but for anyone starting out you can do it i am proof of that !!
and to michael moseley ( you should be a SIR !!) i owe you many thanks and a big sloppy hug and kiss !!! ๐
