    I’m just thinking about starting the BSD and am unsure what to do about medication.

    I intend to continue in the meantime with my blood pressure tablets but not sure if I stop taking metformin ( I’m type 2 ). Can anyone help me with this

    Oh by the way my GP Nurse quite unhelpful and downright sceptical

    Suggest you read Bill1945’s posts. He has come off his medication.
