Dear fellow BSDers.
I’m now on week three of the Fast 800 and was wondering if there’s anyone else like me out there who follows a (full or mainly) vegan diet. If so, would you like to exchange tips and recipes?
I’m not a full vegan, more 95% vegan 5% fish and seafood in my eating habits. However since starting the BSD I have found that I have eaten significantly more fish to keep the daily carb allowance down, and that’s something I’d like to reduce again.
Please do let me know know if you’d be interested in starting a plant-based BSD topic thread and we can take it from there. Also, of course, open to anyone who is looking to eat a more plant-based diet and reduce their meat, fish and/or dairy intake.
