Is it easy to measure carbs .?
It seems a little baffling to me as I aim to begin this plan this weekend and various food group measurements seem difficult unless in a recipe.
How do I measure carbs in individual foods or fats etc
Cheers again folks,I want to get my head straight before I begin at weekend

Hi. You can look it up on line or on the back of your food products. Make a list before you start of all the things you like to eat and the amount of carbs in each. It will make it easier to keep track. Good luck!

    Hi Alanhypno
As Deb says, pre-packaged foods have the nutrition info on it somewhere and there are also plenty of sites that supply info for nutritional content online. I have also purchased quite a good little book from Amazon – Women’s Weekly Fat+Carb_Protein Counter. Most important is to keep an eye on carbs and try to keep them around 50g a day and try to keep around the 800cals a day and you should be fine.
