Meal replacment drinks

    Hi,

    There is a mass of meal replacement drinks on the market.

    Intend to kick start weight loss by initially using meal replacement drinks – not sure which is the best, any suggestions ?

    Why? if you want to kick start weight loss you need the discipline to change your food habits by reducing the number and amount of the white foods that you eat regularly. Reducing carbs encourages the body to stop converting sugars to fats and then storing them. There is a lot of knowledge in the books and a learning curve to climb before the changes become a permanent feature of your new life. The scientific study used them but that while important is not like real life. You know yourself best and it may work for you but real food is what we all need, of the right type, and in healthy quantities.
