Jean, there isn’t any specific reference, other than a small statement
that it may help stabilize blood sugar. There are a whole host of other
nutritional advantages, but I wouldn’t rely on it to alter BSL. I consider
it an unsubstantiated claim at best, and may not even apply to humans.
No quick fixes, I’m afraid 🙂 The BSD is by far and away the best way
