Hi all, is there somewhere (an app preferably) where we can check if something is out isn’t ok on the BSD?
I have the GI app, is a green on this enough, or is there a number we should keep below?
    Cheers all

There is no specific BSD app for this, some people use alternative apps to give them a picture of what their calorie and carb intake is. There are several available, so just take a look to see which one might suit you best.
As for what level to aim for on daily carb intake, some people will successfully lose weight if they keep below 100g, but others find they need to push much lower …. 50g or even 20g. Best to start tracking so you know what you’re consuming and then if you aren’t seeing the pounds drop, tweak your carb intake lower, until you see results.
