I have been reading the book re the 800cal diet, and note the Dr M advises Meal replacements to kick start or just to take when you are busy(like me) and does not have time to make the meals from scratch…Does anyone have advice of which meal replacement shakes on the market right now are the best ones to take if any? I have been advised that Slim fast does contain carbs so I presume thats a no no…but I am not up on which ones would be better for this diet. Please can someone advise. Thanks
