I found a strange thing when I was lying on my side.ITS A BONE, my thigh bone which I haven’t felt for years. Ok it still has a liberal covering but I can feel it, likewise my pelvis which admittedly has an even more liberal covering. Feeling encouraged even though actual weight loss is only down a kilo this week.

Fancy seeing those bones start to reappear, amazing isn’t it
I found the same with the six pack I’ve been hiding for years, just to prevent peer jealousy you understand 😉
It’s slowly creeping out of it’s hiding place.
