Do I have to stick to the menu plan or can I do my own as long as I am within 800cal?
It’s ok to do your own menu plans, many people do. If you are doing this for health reasons (T2?) The main thing to remember is to make sure the carbs, especially white ones, are reduced and remember to take plenty of fluids. Best wishes for your success .

Hi Rabbitoh4 – I have always done my own menu for the BSD and I would add that making sure to include fats in your meals is also important. Hope it goes well for you and you will soon be reporting positive results.
