Hi I have a question please.
If I follow a recipe e.g. boiled egg, spinach, salmon and fried mushrooms in olive oil and I don’t want to use the oil is that ok?
or do I need the fat to help the rest of the food digest and make me feel fuller for longer?
    thanks

It is good to use/eat fat, as it does help you feel fuller. That doesn’t mean you have to use it if you don’t like it much in any recipe – for example, if you eat salmon, or cheese, it’s got fat in it anyway. As has avocado. And nuts.

But I wouldn’t avoid it in a recipe, you really don’t need to.

Enjoy full fat, it’s great! I think part of all our issues is that we instinctively think – I think I’m a bit too fat, so it must be the fat in food which is causing it, as they’re called the same thing. But that really isn’t true.

    Hope that helps 🙂
