Just started yesterday and have got up and running with logging my food in myfitnesspal app. However, I need to programme in what my percentages goals are for daily breakdown of fat, carbs and protein.
I’ve gone with a generic 45% carbs, 20% fat and 35% protein, as that what the internet reckons is about right, but does anyone actually know what, if any, percentages are recommended to aim for on this diet?
