The stats are ive lost 9kg and my blood sugars are constantly reading first thing in the morning between 3 and 5. Very happy with the results so far my weight loss has slowed the last week or so. Had bad cravings only a couple of days but found i only got them when i was not doing anything. I walk on the treadmill everyday for 30 mins except Sunday thats my rest day. Looking forward to the next few weeks my goal is to loose another 20kg.looking forward to buying some new clothes in 8 weeks time.
