    Hi, I am new to the BSD, I started today and hopefully can keep it up, my partner tried this and lost over a stone in a few weeks, he said he feels brilliant!! so wish me luck x

    Hi Ellen
    I’ve started this then fallen off the wagon for a couple of weeks – that sugar demon! I did stick with it for 2 weeks and felt fab, I couldn’t believe how much fat went from my tummy.
    I’ll join you then we can support one another, I have 2 weeks before I go on holiday for 5 days, back 2 days then off again for a week, back 2 days then off again for the weekend !! I want to try and stick with it as much as I can on the first 2 holidays as I want this to be a way of life. My first target is to lose a stone to get to a healthy BMI.

    Hi Sian,

    I have only been on it 2 days feel good, not so bloated, but, no weight loss, I will keep going, not going to give up. LOL
    I need to loose 1 stone, and hopefully that will help my joints, as they are aching!!

    Just think what you can acheive in 2 weeks.

    I am going to a wedding in eight weeks so, this is my motivation. As you say, I am going to make this a way of life too.

    Hi – hope it ok for me to join you – I am on day 3 today. Found day 2 really difficult but feeling very positive today. Am drinking loads of water so make sure go to the loo upstairs to gain more steps ๐Ÿ˜„ On my Fitbit.

    Am going on holiday in 9 weeks so determined to do this to improve aching joints and feel better generally.

    Hi,

    Of course its okay to join me, nice to have someone to discuss with.
    I am the same , drinking loads of water and herbal tea at the momment. Feeling quite good today, was great last night as we had the chicken and lime curry with coconut, very filling. Stay positive!! Just think of your holiday and how good you will feel.

    Curry sounds brill – is the recipe in the book? I bought the recipe book in sainsburys today – it looks good from a quick flick through – hope to have a proper look later.

    Today has been ok so hoping tomorrow is better, think could become easier the longer follow the plan.

    Yes the recipe is in the book, Page 226.

    I weighed myself this morning ( was going to wait until Friday lol), 3 off, well chuffed with that.I feel more alert! No head smog, I just hope I can ghet through the week end on it.

    I am loving the new breakfast, instead of cereal I am having – raisins, full fat yougurt, nuts and flax seeds, tasted great and the recipe is in the book, page 188 . Keeps me full until lunch, then I have the ploughmans.

    Well done you 2 for sticking with it, Well done Ellen on your great loss!
    I’ve had a dodgy couple of days but back on it now. Sugar again!
    I found missing breakfast quite easy too Dolly and I will go back to doing that. I get more pleasue out of a decent evening meal than breakfast and the fasting for all that time is really good for you.

    I’ve had quite extensive foot surgery so been off my feet a lot more than usual this past 12 weeks, but going to see the surgeon on Monday so hoping he’ll give me the all clear to exercise again. I’m a bit of an all or nothing person so I need to be backing the eating up with exercise.
    Regarding the socialising I find drinking slimline tonis with ice and lemon a good bet, it feels as though I have a proper drink in my hand. I know the gin isn’t that many calories but I start to make silly food decisions if I have a drink.

    Not a good day – can’t explain why just seemed to be looking to eat!!!!! Feel sad now but even more determined to stop now and get back on plan. Really helps being able to tell you of my awful day – thanks

    Well done you!! I’m going out for tea this afternoon so I have planned my eating for the day today, one apple and a bowl of tomato soup! I know I can do it with your support, its already helping, I’m gong to report a loss by Monday!! xx

    Well done Dolly! Sianee, you can get back on, but make sure your okay to do so. Hope your feet are on the mend. Just start a fresh.
    Here comes the week end :O), I usually like a glass of White Wine with my dinner , but then I want to eat crisps ( my addiction), so I will have a glass of Red instead.
    Having fish tonigh, Prawns, Sardines, Calimari, a wee bit more than usual, but its Friday lol.

    Had very social weekend – managed to keep steps up but did slip foodwise ๐Ÿ˜• back to logging food today and off to aquafit this morning. Determined to improve food choices this week and keep to 800 cals.

    Hi Dolly,

    Me too!! Managed to stay of the crisps, really chuffed with myself.
    I did have 2 glases of red wine, but was very careful.

    I have not weighed myself, will do at end of week , I am back on the 800 today, but sometimes do go over.

    Hope we all haev a good week :O)
