    Where to buy small bags of gram or chickpea flour. I have seen only large bags and don’t have much storage space

    I got my last lot from a little local Asian grocery store, and they had different sizes beginning I think at about 500g

    no, I ended up with a huge bag.
    we used to have a store called “unbagged” or something similar, that sold stuff by weight – anything like that near you?
    1kg seems to be the smallest in supermarkets

    Health food shops often sell 500g. Holland and Barrett, that sort of place.

    Is 1kg too much? I got mine in Tesco in Asian foods = ‘Koh-I-Noor’ cream paper bag with red & green design.
