Diverticular disease- any tips re the BSD 800

    Just joined and starting BSD800. Hoping it doesn’t kick off my DD but can’t wait to lose the weight. Any one else in same position?

    no tips to offer other than avoiding anything you already know annoys it. (My Dad has it and can’t eat chocolate or tomatoes)
