Day 2 and feeling nauseous

    It’s day 2 of the diet for me and I feel so nauseous. I can’t bring myself to eat anything. Is this normal? How long will I feel queasy? Is there anything I can do to stop this feeling? All I want to do is crawl back into my bed and sleep it away, not practical when you’re at work! Any advice is welcome!

    Hi Nella — welcome to the BSD! I’m sorry you feel nauseous — I think maybe drink a lot of water (bubbly would be good) and when you can eat a bit, try some solid protein like chicken. It will give your stomach something to work on. You’ll be sailing along very soon!

    Thank you!! I had some water and an apple and felt much better. Hopefully these feelings will pass soon.
