Day 2

    So at the end of day 2 and although I felt like I had a hangeover this morning (don’t think I drank enough yesterday), I am doing ok the recipes are great and allow me to plan for the week ahead. I do however work some very long hours and am concerned about this, any tips??

    Keep some nuts with you, and if you can have hot drinks the occasional instant miso soup or Marmite/stock cube in hot water can keep you going during long days.

    I like to eat raw cabbage as a snack. Filling and guilt free!
