Confused re fruit

    I’m confused about carbs and calories in fruit I know not to eat bananas but I’m stumped with other fruit can I eat it as a snack? Also do you count the calories in snacks I.e almonds in with the 800 calories

    I asked that yesterday re veg and was advised count everything starting tomorrow feeling very daunted by it all .

    Please don’t be daunted LorrieW and greenjanet – it may sound a bit confusing at first, but you WILL get used to it, and it will all become clear really quickly.

    As a basic rule, you must count everything you eat or drink to make up the 800cals. It does certainly get easier and soon you’ll know calories/carbs and weight without even referring to any guides.
