Just wondering if its possible to make coke zero chicken on the BSD as my daughters going into hospital on Friday and I wanted to do something quick to put in the slow cooker in the morning before we leave. The recipe is 1 pack chicken breast diced, 1 red pepper, 1 onion, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, w’ster sauce, herbs, s and p and a can of coke zero. Any advice on this would be greatly received. Thanks.

In principle, as long as you count all your cals and carbs it’s no problem. I’m personally a bit anti coke and fizzy drinks in general, so would probably use a chicken stock instead, but as long as you are accounting for your intake I don’t think using a can of coke zero in this way will be a problem.
