Can you eat low carb breads?

    I see there are a lot of low carb breads on the market. Are these an alternative to giving up the beloved bread?

    If items are free from wheat and low sugar can you eat them or does it have to be rigid?

    Sorry for all the questions and thank you so much for all the great support you’ve already given me

    Hi Lowenna,

    There’s a few people on here that have found decent bread replacements. If you put in “low carb bread” in the search box up the top of the screen, then it will show you all the results of the discussions.

    You can make ‘cloud bread’ – from eggs and a very few other ingredients. Good as burger baps, or a sandwich, best used a day after making from fridge overnight
