    hello, just starting 🙂 seen people recommending My Fat Secret or My Fitness Pal, just wondering if when people adjust the daily calories down to 800, do they also adjust the percentages of nutrients ie carbs, proteins and fat, what percentages should I be aiming for? thanks for any advice, Helen xx

    Some people on here recommend this to calculate the ratios. It gives you the reorient level so you can adjust the fat:carb values

    This is one area where i slack off. I do count calories and carbs but not the rest. I do eat healthy for my 800 calories/up to 50 carbs … i eat meat, fish, beans, lentils, veggies, yogurt, bit of cheese, nuts and seeds, salad greens, berries, avocado … so i think i am always going to be ok for healthy fats, proteins.
    Some people like tracking everything so if you do go for it.
